The sieve hole is the bubbling element on the sieve plate. The diameter of the sieve hole can be selected in a wide range, generally 3~25mm. Smaller aperture can be selected for cleaning systems, and larger aperture should be selected for easily blocked objects. In order to reduce the amount of processing, large apertures are often used in modern large-scale production equipment. Experimental research and production practice show that the plate efficiency of large aperture sieve plate is not lower than that of small aperture sieve plate, but it is more prone to leakage and has more aerosol entrainment. Therefore, the leakage line of the large aperture sieve plate is higher, and the mist entrainment line is lower, that is, the operating range is smaller than that of the small aperture sieve plate.
